Deb Tolley have you been doing the penalty shoottout everyday? I did have a Epic level for an hour that may have gotten an extra level. i usually do MTBs and skips in the morning then go to work and maybe do a few casts in the evening. the quest is easy to do, only took an hour or two of regular fishing to finish. only get a couple LG. the next fish are impossible to catch, guessing that's why the LG but it can't be used yet! don't want to start the quest again b/c it might interfer with trying to get these buggers
